VIRAGO 1200

INDUSTRIAL LARGE FORMAT 3D PRINTER

TRIFLEX™ TOOL CHANGER

Three dedicated tool heads eliminate failed jobs and enable true multi-material manufacturing. Combine filament and pellet extrusion on a single platform.

KINEMATIC Z-AXIS

Industrial four-point kinematic Z-axis automatically squares the gantry to the bed before every print. No manual leveling required.

4,000 LB STEEL FRAME

A massive machined steel weldment provides the rigid foundation required for precision at this scale. Built to last forever.

A Seamless Fusion of Desktop Ease and Expansive Industrial 3D Printing. The Virago offers a generous 48x48x48″ build volume, catering to both precision and substantial scale in large-format printing with steadfast lights-out operations. Opt for an adaptable setup with optional modular tool heads, navigating automatically tramming kinematic X- and Y-axes, all within a robust 4,000 lb machined steel frame. Every Virago unit comes supported by an on-site fleet and includes comprehensive installation, training, and support from our seasoned additive manufacturing experts, propelling you smoothly from installation to production.

Fast, Tough, & Dependable Large Format AM

The Virago 1200 uses a bedrock-steady motion platform that builds on all the benefits of the rugged Virago 700™ Independent Dual Extruder (IDEX) System—smooth, fast travel elevated to three modular tool heads and a rugged 4,000 lb steel weldment frame that cradles an automatically tramming kinematic Z-axis with premium motion components all mounted to machined surfaces.

Large format additive manufacturing with the ease of desktop 3D printing—the industrial-strength four-point kinematic Z-axis automatically squares the X- and Y-axis to the Z-axis before executing a 35-point print surface mesh prior to every print for the perfect foundation for lights-out rapid manufacturing.

Premium Motion Components
